We've been following the path of London soul singer Billie Black ever since happening upon her sultry debut track 'I Waited For You' last year. She's since gone on to release two glitter-dusted EPs in 000100 and Teach Me and play a string of ice-cool support slots all over the UK with Jack Garratt. Billie has just aired the penultimate track from her latest record, it's called 'Music Box' - a typically restrained composition led by twinkling synths and halftime beats, but as ever, it's her smoky coo which steals the show. - DC
